The basic food hygiene course is awarded by the Royal Institute of Public Health to which we are an accredited testing centre. There are two main qualification options for taking part in the course:
The whole course takes approximately 8 hours to complete, The units are provided through the learndirect eLearning system allowing you the flexibility to study the units at home or in our centre or mixed its up to you but most people choose to take it as a one day training event at our centre. |
