Intro
The course will give you the skills to perform a range of sophisticated editing techniques to manipulate digital images for print or the web. The course is divided into two sections. In 'Getting Started' you'll explore the key features of Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and learn how to use image-editing tools to edit colour, resolution, and file format of image files. As your confidence grows you progress to 'Up and Running' where you'll learn how to use layers and paint tools to edit images. Throughout the course you'll find plenty of tips and step-by-step guides to manipulate images for studio quality results at a fraction of the cost.
Study method / testing
The course is available online using learndirects elearning system, on completion you will receive a certificate from learndirect there is no exam. The course modules are as follows and the normal duration is 6hrs;
